  • Scott Davis

    CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

    Scott brings over 15 years of experience in tax accounting, compliance, and investment finance. As CFO of Clean Holding Company and Treasurer of a nonprofit sports club, he specializes in tax credits, financial structuring, and debt instruments. He previously held senior roles at Koch Industries, supporting multi-billion-dollar energy projects.

  • DOUG MITCHELL

    PRESIDENT, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

    Doug is a growth-focused executive with deep experience in business development and strategic partnerships. He is the founder and CEO of ScholarPath and Gateway City Consulting, and VP of Business Development at Curtis Stout Power. Doug also advises companies such as ProntoBlock and Emtel on innovation and market expansion.

  • Chris George

    SECRETARY

    Chris is a seasoned strategic consultant with 20 years of experience in tax, equity analytics, and energy markets. He has worked across oil and gas, LNG, fintech, and industrial hemp sectors. A former equity analyst at Capital One Southcoast and a key player in Leor Energy’s $2.7B sale to Encana, Chris holds CPA credentials and multiple FINRA licenses.

    CHAIR OF THE BOARD

    Sean holds a JD/MBA and serves as Chief Business Officer of Clean Holding Company. He is Chair of GenWel Energy and a principal in multiple mission-driven ventures, including SoulRise Tribe and Life Elevated. Sean also serves on the Board of Directors for Automated Payment Systems, driving innovation at the intersection of business and social impact.

    Chris is a U.S. Navy veteran and seasoned leader with nearly 40 years in power generation. He founded TG&H Industrial Energy and now serves as President of Curtis Stout Power, overseeing major energy projects worldwide. Known for his expertise in operations, commissioning, and construction management, Chris drives high-performance teams and project excellence.

    SR. ADVISOR, POWER DISTRIBUTION

    Barry has over 25 years of experience in project management, finance, and operations. As COO of Curtis Stout Power, he leads company operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and execution. Previously at Exelon, he managed large-scale capital projects and helped shape TG&H’s operational foundation.

  • Brady Sherman

    TREASURER

    Accounting at a gas refinery before joining Koch Industries’ Strategy & Innovation group.  Large-scale projects in energy, tech, and process optimization initiatives spanning the entire Koch portfolio.  At Koch, primarily rooted in financially driven decision-making and strategic thinking—laid the foundation to start, broker, and invest in businesses across real estate, crypto, aerospace, and consumer packaged goods.

We specialize in developing and managing energy campuses that provide behind-the-meter power for data centers. By leveraging the strengths of our partner companies, we offer a comprehensive suite of services, from site selection and project design to construction, operation, and ongoing management.
